Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken tikka masala
 The first time we ate chicken tikka masala was at 7 spice Indian cuisine
 restaurant in Johor baru.It was so delighted so I decided to cook this
 yummy Indian food at home. I done so much research 
I tried to cook
 a more healthy version of it by not adding butter and cream. still  was
 so good.

 

 

 

Ingredients (Marinating): For Sauce:

2 lb chicken breast 
(Cut into medium cubes)

4 Tbsp plain yogurt

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

tsp turmeric

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp ginger powder

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp salt

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp cumin

1 bay leaf

2 tsp cinnamon

3 green cardamoms

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp salt

3 tsp tomato sauce

3 medium onions – minced

1 tablespoon garam masala

 

Steps:

1.At first just stir all marinate spice, yoghurt and chicken breast.

2.In a skillet cook the marinated chicken around 15-20 minutes until they are almost cooked.

 

In another pan sauté all the spice for the sauce for about 2-3 minutes then

Add this sauce to cooked chicken mix stir around 2 minutes.

Serve with some chopped cilantro, rice or naan (Indian breads).
